About the film
One room, one band, one light on a track. The concept was to let a single source do all the work — passing behind the players, blooming out the lens, and leaving them in silhouette for whole bars at a time.
Everything was captured in camera. No composites, no post-added flares. The edit cuts on the music rather than on movement, so the film holds still through the verses and only starts moving where the track does.
